Honda Number 1 for Reliability - Which? Car

Survey confirms Honda have retained the top spot for reliability

Honda has been named the most reliable car manufacturer overall in the Which? Car 2009 survey. A total of 77,000 drivers across the UK took part in the survey to assess customer satisfaction. The results were based on breakdowns, faults and general niggles over a 12 month period.

Reliable cars

Honda came first for overall brand reliability, with four of our cars in the survey’s top seven.

The Accord was named the UK’s most reliable car, with a reliability score of 99% - one of the highest scores ever achieved. The Jazz closely followed in second place with 98%.

The Civic Hybrid achieved pole position in the hybrid vehicle sector with a score of 95.7%, seventh place in the overall survey.

Service satisfaction

It wasn’t just our cars that were recognised in the survey. Honda achieved a place in the top 3 for servicing satisfaction. Great to know if you want to ensure your fleet stays on the road.
